for new members only! Join for the first time, and pay only $36 for the first year of full NMRA membership,
and the HUB will pay the remaining $12 for your subscription to Scale Rails. To do this, do not mail
your HUB membership application to the
NMRA directly. Instead, mail it to our Membership Chairman
